Rates to dropp to 4.5%?
December 8th, 2008 3:52 PM
There have been recent rumors of interest rates being brought down towards 4.5% by the Treasury. This irresponsible release included no definitive plan, no indication of who might qualify, or what the restrictions would be. Like many other recent legislative "solutions", the restrictions might be very tight, with income limits set very low, and as a result, helping very few people. Remember, it may make sense for you to act now, and take advantage of current historically low rates...with the possibility of refinancing should rates decline further. Call us to take advanage of the rates while we still have them as low as they are! The John West Lending Team (208) 321-4161

Think and Grow Rich
December 8th, 2008 9:55 AM

Of all the books I have ever encountered in my pursuit of excellence and of the how’s to’s of success, Napoleon Hill’s Masterpiece Think and Grow Rich is the most influential book I have ever read. One of the most fascinating success secrets Napoleon learned was that these people shared in common was what he termed the “Mastermind.”

A group of like minded, achievement-oriented individuals could come together to create an association far greater then the sum of its parts, which would dramatically leverage each other’s success.

Applying his principles, I started a mastermind group. As a business professional like you are, we always needing support, fresh ideas, and a positive environment to surround ourselves with.

If you are not currently in a Mastermind group, I would strongly recommend you either start one or join one. Choose people who are positive and let them support you and encourage you. You will get far more return then what you put in and you can watch your business grow!
